good quality and delivered on time with a good packageing

This was my very first time ordering and Dora Yi made sure to walk me through every step including samples, colors, and ultimately a very large order. I am very pleased with Dora's service. I know I had a lot of questions (since I am a first time buyer and was nervous) but she always answered very professionally, clearly, and promptly. She kept me posted on every part of the entire transaction including delivery. The products were received and the quality, color, and material as far as I can tell is perfect.
